Support Groups
Facilitated spaces where survivors can connect with others who get it, share openly, and explore coping strategies in a safe, validating environment.
What Support Groups Look Like
Support groups, facilitated by Kayleigh, provide a structured, compassionate space to connect with others who share similar experiences. Groups are not therapy — they are peer-supported communities guided by a licensed professional.
Each group is designed around a specific experience to keep the conversation focused and relevant to the people in the room. Sessions typically include check-ins, guided discussions, shared resources, and space to process together.
