What to Expect

Consultations are a supportive, focused space to help you better understand your experience, connect with resources, and take a meaningful next step. They are not psychotherapy, but they are grounded in clinical expertise and lived experience.

Consultations are based on the needs of the client but often include space for you to share whatever experiences you feel comfortable sharing, validation, and psychoeducation related to your trauma, as well as coping skills and resources to help you navigate life after perinatal trauma.

All consultations are virtual and available throughout the United States.

Looking for Ongoing Therapy?

Consultations are a powerful starting point, but they are not a replacement for ongoing therapy. If you’re located in Pennsylvania or Florida and are looking for continued therapeutic support, Kayleigh’s clinical practice, Holding Hope Perinatal, may be the right next step.
